390 Gallon steel tank. Single wall 12 gauge. 3/4 inch drain plug. Fuel Site gauge on side.
PreVent Fuel cap and base. Relieves Positive and Negative pressures.
Tank is pressure tested for leaks and certified sound.
Exclusive full cavity baffle system insures complete inertia control of fuel.

Pump. This industry standard 12V DC pump dispenses up to 13 GPM (57 LPM). The pump weighs less than 27 pounds (12.2 kg) with hose and nozzle, and has a draw that's easy on the DC power source.
Explosion-proof UL/cUL listed 1/4 HP motor with permanent magnet and ball bearings.
Heavy-Duty switch, thermal overload protection and junction box.
Heavy-Duty battery cable.
Iron rotor.
Automatic ByPass Valve.
Built In Strainer.
10 foot hose with static ground wire.
2 inch threaded base for tank openings.

Battery is charged off the truck's charging system. Truck must have a wire lead from alternator to the 6 pin plug at the back of the truck for the charging feature to work. Any trailer repair center can do this for you.
Decals of your choice. 2 code labels, 4 fuel type labels, Diesel or Gasoline. AVGAS 111.
NOTE: Buyer has to install pump, and wiring to the battery and the towing vehicle. All the wiring is shipped with the unit, but has to be installed. It is very easy to do. The trailer is fully wired. Battery is not included.

TRAILER:

3700 lb. factory built and engineered torsion axles. Stainless steel bearing seals for longer, more trouble free maintenance intervals. 5 Year warranty on axle bearings, seals, hubs from the domestic manufacturer.
Heavy Duty Special Use tires. 20.5 x 65 x 8 inch wide, 22 inches tall. 10 ply "E-Rated" low profile tires. Tires are rated at 1650 lbs. each. A total of 3300 lbs. rating on the axle. A common tire and wheel size. These are the same tires you see under very expensive boat trailers — small but very tough tires. 90 PSI. 390 gallons of fuel weighs about 2600 lbs.
Adjustable spindles. You can adjust degree of the torsion spindles to give you more or less ground clearance.
Fast Lube spindles. For easy fast lubrication of both the inner and outer bearings. Pressurized hub. Service indicator on hub indicates when you need to lube the bearings. No guess work.
Swing-up Jack. Speeds up dropping and hooking up. Saves the the jack from dragging damage.
GVWR: Rated to tow up to 3700 lbs. over the axle.
5 on 4.5 wheels and hubs. White painted Heavy Duty all steel wheels. Common lug pattern. Common hubs, bearings, and seals. Available everywhere.
Welded cross bracing. Always welded, never bolted. Much stronger, much safer than bolted cross members.
5 Function lighting. Stop, turn, tail light, illuminated side marker, illuminated license plate. Replaceable lens covers. Lights are high mounted to protect from damage. Available everywhere.
Coupler. 2 inch ball coupler.
Solid Black Plastic Fenders. Will never bend or corrode. Scratches and scuffs still show black. Very affordable and easy to replace.
Manufacturers Certificate of Origin. All trailers come with an original Manufacturers Certificate of Origin (MCO) with assigned and attached VIN number.

No Proprietary parts. All serviceable parts are commercially available from many sources. Easy and abundant availability saves time and money.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

This item weighs approximately 750 lbs., and is shipped via truck freight (semi-trailer or flat-bed, not by UPS), so it cannot be delivered to a residential address. It can only be shipped to a commercial address or picked up at the freight company's dock. For an additional fee (charged by the carrier, not by RedTrailers), trucks with liftgates can be arranged to move your product from the bed of the truck to the ground. At that point it will be up to you to move the product. The shipping carrier will call and schedule delivery, at which time you may request a liftgate and arrange payment with the carrier for that service.

Refueling Trailers are usually made to order, and require 3 to 4 weeks for delivery — but if you need one sooner, please call us at 215-538-1155. We sometimes have one assembled and ready to ship. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.
